What is the diameter of the ball used with the Tenax fasteners?

This gives me an idea for attaching a lee cloth without it coming undone.

Can this also be attached to thinner and more flexible textiles? or will the two components just not have enough grip on the textile?

Yes, but the issue with thinner textiles is the fact that they typically cannot handle the stress of the fastener being used. Thinner assemblies may not be enough reinforcement for the fastener and may rip or tear out as the fastener is used.

Thank you for the quick response. If I were to attach/glue a thicker circle-shaped piece of textile on the thinner textile would that be able to prevent tearing?

Yes, that is often done to build up a fabric assembly for the installation of a fastener. It should work great doing that.

Does the Tenax and Lift-a-dot use the same stud?
