This had a grown man playing in the back yard feel more than a survival challenge haha....love the authenticity here, fire starters don't always work, people do silly things like burning holes in their shelter, far too many KZreadrs edit out problems making things look perfect when they NEVER are. A quick couple notes on the bivy, never lay on the ground, it will defeat the purpose and rob you of heat, always use a closed cell pad or good R-value pad. Also only wear one layer of clothing, it can't radiate and double your heat if 5 layers are keeping it on your skin.

They sell a lot of things that are also in stores and on Amazon. They sell more expensive things on Temu now. You have to just be choosy. I have gotten some good buys. My I got two 70 L hiking back backs for free and a smaller tactical back pack and they are really good quality. I have used them and they were great.

Great video. The Life Bivy when they first came out, they were 99 cents. so, I purchased 100 of them lol. I use them a lot for winter camping with a sleeping bag. you can make a tent out of one with a rope and a 4 point hold. Keep the videos coming stay well Lou from Delaware.

The rope needs to be feathered at the end like the picture in instructions showed, even then it’s still takes a lot of practice to get good at using one! Side note u may need to soak in camp gas or lantern oil and then let it dry back out some. Then keep in a zip lock bag to keep from getting water on it also keeps the smell in the bag! I’m thinking they can’t ship it overseas covered in accelerant!

I have the same stove from Temu, but the smaller one. It looks like you've not put the bottom ash tray in properly as it shouldn't be on the slant, but it's not perfect anyway, as you'd expect for the money - I paid less than £10. I'd always put it on a stone or a fire mat to protect whatever I'm cooking on top of. It's not meant for use inside your tent/tarp. I also have a similar bivvy bag from Temu which I hope never to have to use, but if my car breaks down or I'm stuck, it's handy as a bit of emergency kit to have with me. I also carry a foil blanket, ferro rod and some dried silver birk bark in an old tobacco tin, so I know I can start a fire, as long as there's wood nearby. I enjoyed your video as a guide to what you can do cheaply. Too many people use the expensive kit, forgetting that not all of us are rich!

Thank you for a great review video which i really enjoyed. I'll share some info about Temu and their camping equipment on it as well. Temu is a offshoot of PDD holdings (Pinduoduo Inc) a NASDAQ traded company, it's one of the largest e-commerce company in China, kind of their ver. of Amazon, Specializes in affordable but good quality everyday items, they sales to hundreds of millions Chinese everyday. Temu is their intl. offshoot, so they're used to dealing with huge sales volume at inexpensive prices. The products on it, are generally good for the price point, though some are better deals than others, along with few bad apples. Company like Naturehike is one of biggest Outdoor/Camping equipment brand in China, (kind of their Ver. Of Coleman) based in the coastal city of Ningbo, in the province of Zhejiang. As china became more developed in recent decades, their people became more affluent, Outdoor sports/Camping became quite popular there, if one travel through their National Parks & Campgrounds, will see Naturehike products quite often, hence the generally good quality. What we see on Amazon or Temu are just a fraction of their entire products line up, usually selling by a 3rd party e-retailer on Amazon, ebay or Temu, just as Toyota don't sell their entire line up in US, there's many Toyota cars we never even heard of outside of Japan, cater to their domestic mkt but not intl mkt. The World is changing fast before our eyes, China's Domestic Brands products quality are improving everyday, not just on camping gear but across the broad. It's similar to Japan went from 70s-80s cheap cars & merchandises to 90s-00s fair & fine quality products at decen prices. Pretty soon some will become internationally recognizable brands & dominant players. If 5 years ago, someone tells me a Chinese Outdoor Brand company makes the world's best ultralight titanium backpacking stove, I did say you must be joking, but now everyone seriously about backpacking heard of BRS stove. A brave new world we live in.

I realize this created income for you, but taking that easy Chinese money is not good. Temu gains full access to all your contacts, calendars, and photo albums, plus all your social media accounts, chats, and texts. In other words, literally everything on your phone. It's not malware, but it's really close. Plus, pretty much everything it sells is super cheap Chinese junk.

Your phone. The nails in your house. The chips in your cars and PC. The steel in your kitchen knives. The cotton in your pants. The bristles in your tooth brush. The mug for your coffee. The coffee machine. Your life is from China to be blunt. And even if a few of these aren't from China in your house your struggling to find that. Even if every purchased item there isn't from China the insulation in your walls is. The software is fairly close to invasive . So is Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google , windows . I'm sorry but why do you think China even cares about you ? What makes you so special they care about your search history or pictures. Temu is another app that crosses blurry lines we allow like any other from a country that you've been invested into since childhood.and like others have said, some stuff on there is suppliers for Amazon products. This point is just not logistically based in a world of constant trade and sales. China is a powerhouse first world country. It has its hands in everything.

NEVER fire up that stove without liquid inside the pot. It gets super hot and will burn that pot up quick! I did that with a Fire Maple pot being lazy and trying to dry the remnants of water instead of wiping it out. (Incidentally Fire Maples customer service is awesome. I contacted them to buy just a replacement pot. After explaining what I did, they sent me another pot for free and asked me to pay like, $2 for shipping.)

Most people cant even appricitate the fine bbq a weber is because their skills are -4, subpar. If u want to cook on fire atleast do it 1 time per week so u can learn.

Yes they have products that are replicated from major brands. What people do not understand is many popular brands that they buy are made in China.Temu skips the marketing and distribution process in the U.S.that many outdoor companies use before going retail. That's why its cheaper. The brand names Gerber,Sog, Leatherman and Kbar are just a few,Jetboil and even M.S.R..All these companies have products made in China and assembled in U.S. P.S. use a sleeping bag liner inside bivvy it will cut noise and absorb condensation 8 bucks at China Walmart.........
