Literally my favorite.

This is something special. Not easy to make a seminal song sound so new and powerful.

i absolutely LOVE watching Sara in the Closer Video! She just has so much passion in it. She's at that place where she's just morphed into complete dedication and passion and she's just ooozing it out all over! It makes me smile every time i watch it! I am so excited for Heartthrob. I haven't been this excited for a Tegan and Sara album since probably So Jealous.

Im 38 and I remember when Cindi Lauper caused such a sensation with her colorful hair! What a innocent, wonderful time for pop music the early to mid80's was!

This song is one of my favorite "guilty pleasures." This may not be as great as the original, but it's nice that people still cover it. It's legitimately one of the greatest pop songs ever, so I hope it lasts forever.

For a moment there, I was wondering if Sara was gonna hit the higher octave "I will be waiting." I knew I would love their rendition of this wonderful Song, Cyndi came out here to the Island's around 10 years ago and brought the house DOWN! Sure wish Teagan and Sara would come out here.
