What a terrific song. Very underrated.
My favorite Supertramp song.
Absolutely one of the most underrated songs of all time. This song I personally feel is their best ever. They had some good ones for sure, but this song is fantastic!!
One of the best songs ever.
This was one of Supertramps best "slow songs" It had a peticular beat. It made my babies😊😊
'Even in the Quietest Moments'....from Supertramp's album of the same title....and 'School'....from their album 'Crimes of the Century'.
High emotion on this song!! Incredible!
Not a big hit, but one of my favorites anyway
I can't wait for you to hear Child of Vision!
I wish more reactors would do this song! Thx 🙏 Yup, when these Supertramp albums came out, I was in middle school/high school. We we’re all over them!
Watching your bliss as this song unfolds brings a smile to my face. This album is excellent from start to finish!
One of my all time favorite songs! Thank you Rick Davies and Supertramp!!
Supertramp's another underrated band...Check our their album Crime Of The Century...
Great song! I saw them in Toronto, Canada in 1979 for this tour. It was awesome!
Just a perfect album. Every cut a jewel. ❤
You’re actually doing like we used to do break out the vinyl hang out with some friends and listen to the whole damn album then talk about what we liked what we didn’t like❤🎉❤🎉❤
One of the things they do that I so love is when they have sections of the song that highlight either of the two singers, sort of trading off. "Goodbye Stranger" does this admirably. Also the trading of single lines, carrying on a dialogue, like in "School" or "Child of Vision."
Love this song
My Supertramp favorite: 10/10.
You are a great kid , Silas. I know that your dad is very proud.
J'écoute cet album depuis sa sortie en 1979 . Bob C. Benberg a un groove exemplaire , il m'a beaucoup inspiré dans mon jeu de batteur . 🎵🥁🎵
Thanks for the reaction 🤘
Again, it's all about the vibe.
Glad you're enjoying the album, Silas - just don't forget this is their fourth best LP after "Crime of the Century", "Crisis? What Crisis?" and "Even In The Quietest Moments"!
Cant wait till tomorrow!
My favorite of Breakfast in America

Mine, too as well as my sisters.
So happy to see somebody enjoy the great music of older generations! Great idea! I’m in. Don’t forget the 60s 😊
Get Alivia on Child of Vision.
Great song, better than the title track, for me
Child of Vision & Lord Is It Mine. Thanks!
I just love this song so much. Is this band a famous in the states? :) Have a good day
Fantastic pop song.
Child Of Vision, is The best Track on Breakfast In America. Really good. Keep Rockin' RONNIE Scotland 🏴🎸📀🎹 PS... Take The Long Way Home, is 2nd best song.
not only do they sound a lot like the Beatles but the Beatles have a song with this exact same title.
essendo italiano non comprendevo bene il testo poi ho letto la traduzione e dice esattamente quello che immaginavo.... la musica parla da se

Thank you for your service
I'm not sure about on this album, but that is a great idea to ask in advance. Because there are so many of these classic albums that have two songs that were traditionally played together. I can't tell you how many times I've seen a reactor do them individually and then the comments are just swamped with people saying that they should have played it together with the next one, but by then it's too late, and how in the world are they supposed to know that in advance anyway? It's impossible. That's why I think asking about it when doing album stuff is such a great idea.
@Silas_Bailey - are you at IU? That’s where I went and was introduced to Supertramp while there 1976-1980, same age as you!
Love the IU shirt
Todavía me gusta esa Canción: 🎵 Oh Darling 🎶🎶
I think Olivia would have really liked this track. Such a great album!! Do two tracks everyday I say
i always listen this song to 1.25x speed
Not one for me. But, like Dave has said, it does have a certain vibe, and I get why that would appeal to folks!
Hi Silas. You must to listen The Fools overture....Is one of the best for me. I do not remember that is in this album or not
Was a good one to end the album side on and lead into something else🙂
Supertramp doesn’t get enough credit for songs like this because to me it sounds like an Ice cream truck with lyrics put to it with a lot of reverb
I don't think I know anyone that doesn't like Supertramp.
Supertramp vous met en transe :)
This is the only song on the album that I would consider somewhat of a "filler" song. But even Supertramp's fillers are good. Some of the best is coming with the second half of the album. Long Way Home and Child Of Vision are epic... and Lord Is It Mine is slow but fantastic. Everything on side 2 is great.

No way! Song is absolutely amazing!
Didn’t love this song. It is the only one I haven’t liked much so far. That’s ok. I love the variety and exploration of the music!
That was a nothing song.
