I went to school with her and her “best friend” no longer wants anything to do with her. She treated them horribly and yelled and called them names while they took care of her son. Her “best friend” actually raised her son and she’s actually a really good friend of mine and she told me what Haley did(not getting into details). Haley now lives in another state and doesn’t visit her son while chris(the father) has their son and takes care of him. The little one is now five years old and he is absolutely adorable and happy as can be❤️

Interesting you mention that. Have you ever seen the Larry King interview of her? Great watch. See talks about her days on family court and says that she found it very frustrating and why she takes the time to educate litigants in her show in these types of cases. She says that at least 3/4 of the family court judges, lawyers and counselors are woefully ignorant or willfully biased when it comes to parental custody cases. That it irritated her when they started with the premise that mom is superior parent and dad is some type of flawed being. That in a society that claims equal rights and protections for all, a court system would actively seek to upend that premise and treat one parent at a disadvantage.

Having only watched this first one, I can't believe how many guys don't understand that without an order you've got just as much a right to the children as the mother. I put my foot down day one and said nope not on weekends, not at your discretion, 50-50 until we have a hearing. I'm now the primary custodial parent. Fathers have equal rights. They're often just too dumb to know what that means.

Perspective from someone who was in this situation: I had a neglectful and emotionally abusive mother, and was only able to get out due to my father being smart and collecting enough evidence to get custody. For some reason, the legal system is very biased toward moms, and she got visitation even after having it proven she left bruises on my older sister’s face. Right by the nose, and on a girl with a heart condition where stress alone could have been potentially fatal. There are a lot of wonderful, loving mothers in the world (I hope I myself am currently one). But there are also those who treat their child like their property and would alienate their children from a good father for the dumbest of reasons. Just as all mothers have the right to be assumed competent parents until proven otherwise, so do fathers. And I say this having carried a child myself. It’s not about who gave birth, it’s about what is best for the child.

That mother really WAS young looking enough to have been mistaken for a teenager! Friend's mother: "No, I'm the mother." Judge Judy: "... that would be a compliment" Me: "No, JJ. That is proof that babies having babies is a GENERATIONAL PROBLEM! Like generational poverty, and generational disrespect for education, that is generational stuck-in-my-teen-years-because-I-spawned-too-young." Yes, I realize that the 17 year old isn't the mother in court, but the mother in court lives with her, her mother had her very young, and I somehow doubt that this is being held up as an example of what NOT to do with her life. So in my mind, this counts.

I notice an ongoing theme with female teenagers. For some reason, they think getting pregnant by some guy means that the guy really loves them. There’s no way anybody can possibly know how deep the love is at 17. It’s almost like they want to get pregnant on purpose. Every guy I’ve ever talked to that got a girl pregnant in their teens, they’ve all told me in honesty they cared very little about the girl they got pregnant. They usually say that they didn’t know any better. Maybe if girls knew that they would stop getting pregnant in their teens.

Have you ever been a teenage girl? I'm just going to assume that statistically, based on your name and profile picture, you're a cis dude. The more likely scenario is that society lies about what love is, then also bars kids from sexual education, unhindered access to birth control and abortions, and then people are surprised when teenagers get pregnant and have babies. Teenage girls don't go around thinking that getting knocked up means their partner loves them. They're thinking their lives are now ruined because nobody taught them how to have safe sex, and now they can't get the abortion they need (or their parents force them to keep the baby, which is so much worse). Then they can't get themselves to put the baby into foster care when it's a broken system, where children are routinely abused, molested and neglected because fostering kids is a profitable business if you don't care about the children. The mother's prospects for an education? Severely diminished, especially if grandparents aren't able to provide childcare. Prospects of making an actual career versus working random jobs? Severely diminished. The other parent is extremely likely to go on and have a full education and make a career because they get to opt out of being a parent beyond a monetary contribution if they so choose. Teenage girls don't get pregnant on purpose unless they have been influenced by toxic people in their lives. The average teenager truly isn't looking forward to being pregnant and having a child for the rest of their lives before they're an adult themselves.

It's bewildering how often women abuse this and men think 'that's just the way it is.'. It's garbage behavior and people need to fight it.
