I really like this entire series, but the lawyer whispering in this particular case is rather distracting and irritating. Maybe the lawyer has a medical ailment that forces him to speak that way?

I once met someone who had recovered form throat cancer, but the treatment affected his throat muscles, so he would always speak in a whisper exactly like this. So if not throat cancer, maybe this guy has / had some other medical condition that affected his voice.

Additionally “power of attorney” ends when someone dies, so am puzzled where producers get their info from. 🤔

Ted was not a nice man. This comes through very clearly. Why did she make it such a big deal? He was gone anyway. She probably wanted money from the will and found a reason to be in the spotlight.

I believe I am correct in saying that contrary to what has been said during this episode, that in law no one can have “possession” of a body of a person who has died. It is about who has lawful control of a body to ‘dispose’ of by lawful means. Where there is a Will, the executor(s) have lawful control. When there is no Will, lawful control falls to the legal next of kin, and that comes in ranking order, e.g, a lawful wife takes precedent over any children and so forth.

Whoever commenting on that mans voice must be perfect.Medical conditions do exist and i wouldnt like to be associated with any of ye if a medical condition causes this much fuss. No such thing as perfection .
