In the village you can make horror movies about ghosts, especially now. There are almost no people. How much land comes with it?

I remember when my beautiful wife Nataliia first drove here in Pennsylvania. I would take her to a old school parking lot in our village and just let her practice. It was so much fun watching her enjoy the freedom of driving. We purchased a Lincoln MKX for her personal car and she cares for this as her child, she keeps her super clean and looks as if the day we bought it.

Pavlo, you are such a good sport teaching your girlfriend to drive a manual car. Lubka is always smiling and laughing and having fun. I have watched a few of your videos now and am fascinated and enchanted by your lives and the country. The food looks nice too! Please carry on making the videos.

How did he teach her? Not once did he realy explain about using the clutch. She seemed to just start using the clutch and driving. I think she already knew.

When we got married in 1968 I tried to teach my new wife to drive a stick shift to no avail. We gave up and purchased a used car w/an automatic tranny and still laugh about our “adventure” those many years ago.

Such a very nice young couple! You two are great together. And these videos are a lot of fun. Liuba did GREAT! Nice job on the driving, and the patience and teaching. And that area looks very nice. I love those hills and the land. Wonderful. Looking forward to seeing what you two decide to do - and where to settle.

You can see why young Ukrainians are coming to work in places like London etc and saving money to return home to start a nice life with some savings. Well done to them. Bravo. I would happily swap London for one of those villages where there’s almost zero crime and people are content with nature, fresh food and the four seasons. Paradise Slava Ukraine 🇺🇦

Ukraine looks a lot like the Canadian prairies. Perhaps that's why so many people from Ukraine settled there.

You can do it too. It's easy. If you practice on manual gearbox in driving school, you can learn in few hours. If you like to drive. If you like to be a passenger, you'll never do it properly. I remember when i was in highschool, after a 2 weeks vacation, a friend came back driving a car. I was like, dude ! And he drove it like he was a pro. It's fun to drive manual for a while, but for a daily, an automatic is a must. ✌️

I love your videos. You and Liuba are so easy going, fun, down-to-earth. You are so much like the people I know in the Pacific Northwest of America where I grew up and where I live. You are not pretentious -- just very real and very casual! I love getting a look at life in Ukraine. I especially enjoy the details -- what the food is like, the signs, the buses, the store names, birthday parties, how heating works, and on and on. I like the previous house. Surprised you haven't already grabbed that one. The buildings appeared to be more substantial and better for renovation. My dream house in the Ukraine wouldn't matter about the roof or the Land or the amenities. It would just need Natalia Matsak waiting for me every night when I got home from work and as a special treat at weekends, to wear her Swan Lake Tutu's. Remember, its just a dream but Pavlo will understand its secret message. Luba will soon learn that driving is not so much fun.

Very impressive!!! I stalled the car so many times trying to learn at age 16 that I have up and didn't learn to drive a manual until I was 23. I bought a manual sports car and picked it up from the dealer to force myself to finally learn. Fortunately, I made it home alive. She is a natural and you are a good patient teacher.

Greetings from Saskatchewan Canada. Ukraine looks very similar to where I live. With all the fields, farms, trees. To me its beautiful scenery. In my city there's a Ukrainian food store, I really enjoy the drink "Kvass". Cheers.

Pavlo, Luba is off to a good start driving a manual transmission. Lots of practice helps so she is comfortable with the clutch, brake and accelerator pedals. Luba’s next challenge is to get the car moving in 1st gear from a stop going up a hill. If she can do that, everything else is practise, practise. Веселих Свят і Щасливого Нового Року!

She drove the car really well after a long break. I'm impressed. 👍

What a huge country! A car with an automatic transmission and a bit more ground clearance might be very handy.

Yes, one of best for agriculture. Ukraina was called wheat backet of Sovjet Union.

Before I even watch this, I have to say, I've seen the best and worst out of couples when one is teaching the other something new. I am betting they pull it off well.

She is a quick learner! Great job!

Luba you have a nice touch when you let out the clutch and press the accelerator pedal nice and smooth. Starting from a hill is very tricky with a standard drive car it just takes a lot of practice. That countryside is beautiful when it is all green, the land is worth more than that house is for sure. I do like where that property is away from everybody and so quiet too. Great Video. I never had the patience when teaching my wife the first time on an Automatic. Pavlo, You are such a Gentleman, a great Husband, and I sure can learn from you a lot to know how to be calm and composed in any situation. By the way that innocent face of Ljuba when she was trying to figure out where the gear box/ clutch, & controls were was so cute. She is a fast learner. It looks very much like the area that I live in the US. Lots of open country and lots of farm fields and dirt roads. That I where I learned to drive when I was about 12 years old. By the time I was old enough to take my driver’s test at 16, I had no problem passing. The more I watch your channel, the more I think I want to retire in Ukraine.
