Your videos are fantastic and very inspiring. I have done B.Com in 2011, ECCED in 2012 and B.Ed in 2014 with specialised subjects Maths and Economics. No of years - 1 year as a pre primary class room teacher and after b.ed 1 year as primary teacher. Then I quit working with school and joined private coaching classes and started to take private home tutions upto 10th grade untill now ( English and Social Studies). I want to apply in Dubai schools. So my queries are - Is this teaching gap in school affect me while hunting for the job in Dubai? Is there any course to be done? A teaching qualification is a mandate to work in UAE. If you are just focusing to work in UAE, then you must do a teaching qualification recognized and even better if it is approved in UAE. There are a number of courses that if you do locally in UAE are accepted. For example PGCTL by Suraasa - You do it in India and also will attend sessions online but is recognised in Dubai.

Private degrees are not entertained unfortunately but you can try if on your degree this isn’t mentioned. Also, you must already be in a job to be part of equivalency process.

Hey I had a query regarding the qualification documents attestation. I have a regional spelling mistake in degree certificate, the spelling in marathi has appeared wrong so I have to apply to mumbai university for change. If such is the case, until I receive my degree certificate with correction, can my marksheet be attested? The process is pretty time consuming and I'll be there in UAE soon so marksheet can work for attestation?

Hi Neeraj, welcome to UAE. Gems schools have after school activities and they are a good chain of schools here. Please just check the rating of the school should be “good” minimum. I would suggest you to go for an IB school if your budget allows. Also, the new academic sessions here start from September.

Normally schools ask for 2 year teaching experience and relevant qualification. However, it is not impossible. Keep on trying and we wish you all the best.

There is no criteria of not giving visa to girls. Having a regular degree should be of bigger concern for you. If your bachelors is in regular mode then this should not be an issue as well.
