Hi Sir, I have B.tech and B.Sc(Maths). There is this organization called "Suraasa" and they are offering a teaching course called, "PGCTL". They are saying that it is approved by KHDA , OFQUAL(UK) and they say that it is a UK(level-6) qualification and we need not do B.ed once we get the certification. Please let me know if we can count on this.

You may apply but consider that there a lot of competition. For IELTS- It is not the upfront requirement but to gain the teaching license. This can also be substituted with a letter from the principal of the school if the school is rated good or above.

Hi Tabassum, explore all the options from Level 5, 6 and 7 teaching qualifications available from the UK institutions here or online before making a choice. A PGCE is recognized internationally for example. TES also offers an iPGCE that you can look into.

Hi Normally universities and colleges look for masters degree as a minimum and also if you have experience of teaching in college then you stand more chance. Remember the competition is very tough.

Hi Amit, my wife also did her Fine Arts degree from the same college so good to know that, however, English is definitely very important if you want to teach in an international setting and specially if you are a teacher so please work on that. All the best!

11 and 12th grades are part of secondary school and exactly what we teach and talk about in mostly all our videos.

I have done my degree in BA English through distance education 3 years course by Annamalai University then i did a regular BEd course in English . I have 14 years teaching experience too.
