I'm one who likes both content...well all of it actually. Thank you for the tips I pick up from your videos 😊 very appreciated.
The patience Henson shows is amazing.
The confirmation of that filly is to die for, wish I wasn’t overseas. Stunning.❤️
That flashy Dash baby learned to dance with Henson real fast. She's a gorgeous girl. 🌵❣️

I agree 👍👍
This foal reminds me of a colt I had once. He was very smart. Henson does a really good job no matter what he does, you can tell he loves what he does.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for posting this xxxx
🤣😂 Just love that comparison between teaching a foal 🐎to lead and Henson's experiences as a younger gent dancing 💃🕺! What a beautiful foal 🌹indeed not shy at all
Henson has a very good hand with young horses we can all learn from watching him
Wife.......Henson I've watched you do MANY of amazing things with a new colt. I understand pressure, kinda give and take, and I love all your instructional videos, I learn something new every time .. .but I gotta tell ya, when that filly jumped out of the trailer, it looked like she was taking you for a walk 🤣 I laughed and I absolutely loved it!! Your awesome Henson!! I love whatever the content of your videos are about. I love everything and everyone at the PDR!! Your ALL awesome and amazing. Blessings to all at the PDR 🙌 Jennifer 🐴 Keep on dancing Henson, your doing great 😉
You're doing great,I've never watched a boring video from PD ranch. I love watching Jerry's as well.
Danielle, I like learning about horses from Henson he is teaching valuable skills! Plus his sense of humor is great!🐎🏃🥕🍎⭐
That is a super nice filly, great body, so well put together. And has a ton of smarts.
This Dash girl is beautiful. Henson is so patient with the babies that are just learning and the older ones. I love watching your videos Danielle no matter the length. Thanks for sharing. God bless y’all.
Wow , the talent Henson has , amazing , so kind , he really knows what he is doing ! Congratulations stay safe !
Thank you Danielle and Henson, it's 4:30am, Alaska time and I woke up hoping to see the rest of yesterday's video.. 🐴🦄.. Love the redhead, she's a keeper, someone is very lucky to get her..
I love watching you're video's! All of them! We had horse's when I was a kid into my teens, I can't ride anymore for health reason's and watching y'all makes me happy! ❤ Love y'all from Wichita, KS! ❤
Boy, it would break my heart to sell her! Even if that's my livelihood, she 'so smart and beautiful! Great job with her.
Danielle you don't have to apologize for showing any of Henson's foal training!! If some people are not interested in learning from someone who has so much experience with Horse's!! That's like Clousen the BOOK!! No matter how much Experience you have you can always learning something new or Maybe Easer!!!💞
Always nice to see Henson work any of the horses or colts. He is awesome with them.
For a minute, I thought we were going to see Henson drug around the corral. I love watching him work with these young horses.
Thanks for the rest of the video I am a 74 year old licensed livestock dealer. I enjoy seeing how different trainers train their horses
Unfortunately, at this time in my life your channel is entertainment for me. Having said that, I did a lot of things correct starting my foals. I lovev4 month old. Henson is so good with the babies. Thank you for your videos. I think I have watched this 2x.
Beautiful filly, she's a heart breaker
God bless your family amen friend Danielle beautiful
Thank you for going to the extra trouble so we can see the whole process. You're the best.
Henson always referring back to the dances back in the day! lol.. He is right though, it's kinda like a dance! She sure is a pretty filly, and Like Henson said, very smart.
I keep being amazed at the beauty of all your horses

And how good are these foals. They all come out of the paddock looking so well with these magnificent hind quarters and shoulders, looking strong and built for business later on down the road. I am amazed at how well all the horses do out there regardless of age they seem to thrive living in herd and breeding mostly naturally in the paddock where possible . One thing I must say is how disappointed I have been going to trail events in Australia and seeing people putting false tails on these horses . I think one of their starring qualities is to see these beautiful hind quarters and overall confirmation of this breed with the tail nature planned on .
You got this Dan!! Just keep doing what you’re doing! Enjoy watching y’all from Texas. Good family to watch working. Especially you, D!!!😊
I love all of your shows and I really like learning the things that Henson does with the foals. Please don't change how you do things.☺
Thank you for this video. What a beautiful foal.
Man that filly is a LOOKER!!! I feel like she’s gonna make someone a killer barrel horse.
Love all your videos no matter what. Of all the KZread subscriptions I look for your videos first!

Love this video! Thank you so much for posting.
Wife......WOW, I'll tell ya another thing, she's as pretty as a brand new copper penny 😃 and I think you said she's a Dash Colt?? She certainly has an excellent disposition. That was great Henson , nice job. Ok, let's move on to the next one 😃 I'm ready 😃 Blessings to all 🙌 Jennifer
Enjoyed seeing more....the filly has a dif way about her. Harder to get her attention on what Henson is asking her to do. She has a bit of attitude. That will ease and get taken care of with more handling. Sure is a well built....Not for the inexperienced at this point!
The first little filly is really nice, smart and very pretty head.
O know Henson was the midnight cowboy back in the day dance floor king lol
I love that beautiful chestnut. Good job.
Thank you for the video like all your content 👍🏻🙂
I enjoyed watching the video.
That was good to watch. Thank you! That filly is gorgeous.
You are doing great on making videos I'm learning a lot from it
Thank you Danielle!
I learn something from every video. Thank you.
I'd suggest posting the content you'd like. And let it be. Gonna feel like a miserable job at some point catering to one group or another. Especially when either viewing are unwilling or lazy to hit the 👍🏿 or 👎🏿...or subscribe ✌🏿 My unsolicited humble opinion.
A'he'hee for putting this out too.. Good for people who want to do another way of teaching there foals of leading..👍🙏 Just put out what happens at the ranch. Any and everything.. Your in charge.. I think.😁👍
Thanks Danielle!
Fun to watch this too. Thank you
She's a beauty.
This is entertainment/learning maybe new techniques for me, can’t stop learning that’s for sure.
Yay! More PDR!
Omg wooow beautiful horse 👌👌👌🇲🇽
thank you .. for showing this.
She's a pretty filly. That's for sure.
Yes really liked this video learned a lot about working with colts
Hi Danielle…I’m 71 years old and have multiple rental houses and still do all the work myself (my wife works but often helps) My plan is still to wear out long before I rust out so the key is keep moving. Just wanted to comment that I really enjoy your videos….especially those days when I’m inside updating on the laptop reconciling the checkbook and, all those kind of things I really don’t enjoy, it becomes a lot more enjoyable because I just let your videos play. I appreciate you sharing your personal lives with us and the obvious work that goes into the video work and especially editing….and also the guys sharing their personal stories, and being so open. You seem like very friendly folks and it’s easy to feel like we’re friends. I just wanted to drop you a line and say it’s very enjoyable and I really do appreciate it . BTW….thanks so much for adding the mics…huge difference

Like the mic's!
Pretty colt
How long would Henson say a foal's attention span is when it comes to this? She is a truly beautiful filly. My first thought was the other foal's would provide comfort, (though I always trained them one at a time as well) but seeing the other side of this I see where it is a distraction. She did well in spite of it but she sure can throw herself around in protest, can't she. 😳 You were talking about the different types of viewers you have; I spent years on a horse farm mostly handling the babies but it's fascinating to me to watch the ranch methods. Really enjoy your content.💜

I don’t think he’s ever works one more than 20-30 minutes
Please keep the "shorts" and longer videos in the same channel. If someone doesn't want to watch a 20-minute video, then can watch part of it, or click around to find the interesting parts.
Lekker man lekker 🇿🇦
Thank you Danielle. Another awesome video. You and Henson just keep doing what you do. With much appreciation, from South Carolina.
Nice colt
More and more I am understanding things from the horse's point of view... As human "trainers" we have a "goal" that they do not. Now I can see that they have absolutely NO idea why any of this is happening. It makes no sense to them. It's not "attitude"; it's all their previous experiences of healthy freedom by their mother's side in their herds. Wish I had known this years ago.😞 Thank you again for what you do and how you share it.
Sure do love the look of this chestnut filly. Is she sold?

One thing about Henson he doesn't hit thr colt with the pole. Others would be jerking them around when ever they wouldn't do what was asked. Henson doesn't do those things.
Danielle, thank you for teaching us about the process of training the foals. Very interesting! How would Henson approach a horses training if he were to face an older horse/foal that is bigger and almost an adult? Coincidentally my fiancee Travis is filming in Brisbane Australia right now and won't be back home until around December 20th too late for ordering his Henson made cowboy leggings until the new year. However when he comes home to LA briefly before leaving to complete filming of "Rust" in Santa Fe, New Mexico in January I shall be phoning Henson to find out which measurements he needs to make Travis a pair of cowboy leggings? I myself have flown home temporarily to deal with a problem with the renovations at our new build home before flying back to Brisbane. Be in touch soon.

Henson how old were you when you went to the dances that had the band playing and danced with the older girls? How long a lead rope do you guys recommend to lead a horse if the horse is a foal, a yearling or a adult horse?
@PaintedDesertRanch

He was like 17/18 they were literally older women… in their thirties- that’s old too a 17 yr old. About 10 feet is ideal, and that’s for all ages.
