Wow! The unused Lord Crump fight has some cool stuff! 2:32 Interesting that the tattle suggests this battle would have been in Hooktail’s castle. (Although that just could be a placeholder.) 3:20 Maybe this battle was supposed to be a multi phase fight from the message implying that Crump would have immediately rode Magnus von Grapple after phase 1 defeat.

It makes me happy to still discover unused things in this game!

Oh hey! So code for that weird stone meter enemy kinda exists? Interesting. I wonder if the Mecha enemies were meant for the X Naut Fortress. Maybe you'd fight them after losing the Cyber Thowmp's quiz originally? Quite a shame they didn't seem to get very far in development.

There's a typo at 7:14 and 7:43, according to mariowiki the name of the file is btl_un_okorl and regardless it should be "okooru" if you can't use diacritics and want to still distinguish the longer vowel since in kana it's オコール (most likely from 怒る "okoru", to get angry, with the penultimate mora lengthened as often seen in the name of badges etc. in Paper Mario).

Maybe the ufo would have dropped items or things that give them status effects onto enemies.

3:50 Maybe it was supposed to act like the Smb3 paragoomba that drops mini goombas or those weird eye enemies that multiply from the sequel(unlikely to be that thorough)

Hey, not sure if you're (A. Interested, B. taking requests, C. already working on it), but could you do a video on unused enemy formations & battle backgrounds? There are a few that I know of in US that I've accessed through gecko codes (examples, 1. A loadout in chapter 5 with a Bulky Bob-omb and a Bill Blaster, and 2. an unused battle background in Riddle Tower with a, presumably placeholder, Dark Bones fight) I'd do this myself but I don't know if I'd succeed in making a complete resource (especially if there's any more of them on a non-US version) Thanks!

(I think that the unused enemy formations may be touched on tcrf already, but I don't believe the backgrounds are, to my knowledge)
