Now she has a lot of say with her albums. You can tell that she wanted to have more say with the album when it first came out. She always had to push for the things she wanted to do when she was with big machine records. Now she can switch to whatever genre she wants ,she can pick what songs she wants on the albums, how she wants the album covers to be, etc.

Notice her light blue coloured fingernails at 4:43. Now if we study each album’s feel and promotional art, we can tie specific colours to them: Taylor Swift (Debut) - Green/Turquoise Fearless - Yellow Speak Now - Purple RED - Red 1989 - *Light Blue*/Light Purple reputation - Black Wouldn’t be surprised if 1989 (Taylor’s Version) is in store for us next! It would make sense too, as Taylor probably wants to own her most popular songs and Grammy winners, both of which Fearless and 1989 have.
