27 & I actually remember vividly having my iPod passed around in math class in 7th grade and everyone making fun of all the Taylor swift and Train songs on it & going home and crying and deleting them and then rediscovering her at 18 (& Train they are amazing idc) and she was my hidden artist like I only listened to her in the car alone for years because i thought it was so “uncool” lol so random but yeah kids are mean 😂 now me and my 4 year old daughter rock out to Taylor daily on the way anywhere

I live in India, as a teenager we didn't have access to buying original records here, i also didn't have internet. I remember listening to her songs after downloading them from an internet café. And i became a huge fan without ever watching a single music video. My mind was blown when i saw the video of "Girlfriend" on my friend's computer(who had internet), I remember literally buying a blank CD and running to her house the same evening to burn the song on the CD. Gen Z would probably blanch at my comment. Lol.

This just shows how cool Taylor is. Wow. Performing with other stars and giving them props. Wow.

I so wish there were a studio version of this, or that they would collab elsewise. Their voices complement eachother very nicely.

i grew up with Avril and I definitely blasted Taylor when I was 15 and I still listen to both. this was like a daydream. 2 amazing, strong female idols performing together. So beautiful and the entire audience singing along to Avril gives me chills.
