The story of the person passing out might have been a seizure. Not all seizure types include muscle spasms. It’s common for people to evacuate bowels and urinate. Or he could have just passed out.

Why is here just a constant buzzing of a tattoo machine in the back ground noise. If someone really is tattooing in this video they haven’t taken there foot off the pedal for 15 minutes.

It bothers me when tattoo artists mock people who pass out while getting a tattoo (I have tats though I never passed out while getting them. This is likely because I ate before and even during). It has nothing to do with how big or strong someone is more than it has to (typically) do with blood sugar and the body's normal response to shock. I'm not saying that someone pissing and shitting themselves isn't in hindsight hilarious but to talk as if you don't understand why it happened is kind of bs.
