You need to remember that each country has it's own food regulations based on culture, belief and how conservative they are even though McDonald's is a world wide franchise. Take India for example, they do not serve beef since cows are sacred animals, so instead they have the vegan option for beef, but fish and chicken are normal.

Yes!! I went to Costa Rica. Few months ago & their McDonald’s were AMAZING!! the menu items & prices were CHEAP! & fresh

Arkansas here. We do have the chicken biscuit on morning menu here. Been here for about ten years now, it was originally called the southern style chicken biscuit which was THE BEST. But now the chicken sucks. Come and check it out fr cause the states be selling it in the South

All the McDonalds and KFCs are different in almost every country. They are made to suit the local taste. I've had them in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and America basically and because I'm from Singapore, I prefer my own country's outlet and also Malaysia too cause we're neighbors and basically almost have similar taste.

I work McD's in west Px, Az. We have spicy mcChicken bisquits and mcGriddles, you can ask to sub the chicken instead of the sausage on the muffin w'egg n'cheese.

just here to say that there are a lot of mcdonald's locations in the US that take the food to your table, and also have those plastic order numer things as well.

@@LivvyAlexW yeah of course it is, don’t be ridiculous, people eat it all day everyday and are fine, just because things aren’t up to US or other big country standards doesn’t mean they will make you sick. I have had food from street vendors in SE Asia and all over the world in some very poor areas and never gotten sick, in fact only have gotten food poising from top establishments.

Other countries care WAY more about their citizens and the foods they give them. America is such BS.

I always love the genuine american's reaction to indonesian mcd. Its so interesting when they compared ours to the OG's us mcd.

Wtf those prices!!! I was so happy you decided to do both breakfast and lunch. Even in the US depending on where you live there are VERY different items. Eat McDonald's in HI..fruit punch and spam and Portuguese sausage and rice are a staple there.
