Never had black rice sushi but definitely love black rice, it is one of the healthiest rices. Also it does have a different texture from white rice

The HEB here Texas make their sushi on the spot. If they don't have a certain roll or their seaweed salad and calamari salad they will make it on the spot for you. most trays cost around $5-$6. I can get about 5 trays for about $36-$40. I have over 20 years in retail. Amy's products are always super expensive. People charge more because they know their are people who will pay stupid prices for cheep products. What cost $12 at one store might be $5-$6 for the exact item at one of their sister stores in another location. If a store knows it can rip you off just by where they are located they will. It's all about location location location..

Hey brennen I used to work at Erewhon at the Cafe. I can assure you the food at the cafe is delicious and healthy. It is a bit pricey though . The sushi I never liked to be honest, but I would definitely recommend going back to try the food from the cafe. Also make sure you get the buffalo cauliflower it’s my favorite 🤩
