フランスは今ちょうど、夏の間に収穫した果物や旬のの短いイチジクやミラベルなどを沢山購入して家庭でもコンフィチュールを作る季節です。大型スーパーや園芸ショップでもコンフィチュールを長期保存するための保存瓶がたくさん売り出されている時期です。

Instagramでも交流ができていてうれしいです。こちらのレシピは保存期間を数ヶ月とお勧めしていますが、僕は一度作って1年以上保存しているものもあります。最終的な自己判断になりますが、レシピ通り作っていただければ、長期保存が可能な最強保存品だと思って愛用しています。
weckにハマりました。 どんどんweckが増えてきました。 沼にはまった感じです。タルトタタンにも良さそうですね。

おしゃれで丈夫な上、洗浄もしやすく衛生的。なおかつ保管も場所をとらないweck瓶は最強です。
口の中で溶けるりんご、キャラメルのほんのり苦い深みのある味…を想像して寝ます。おやすみなさい
