🍞Ingredients
☘️ Cake
4 Large eggs (60-65g/each with shell)
Cake flour 70g
Vegetable oil 50g
Milk 60g
Caster sugar 65g
Vanilla extract ½ tsp
Lemon juice
☘️Taro Puree
Taro (peeled) 200g
Condensed milk 45g
Purple sweet potato powder 8g
Milk 140g
Cream 70g
Unsalted butter (softened) 25g
☘️Taro cream
Taro puree 150g
Cream 120g
Icing sugar 20g
Japanese Mayonnaise
Pork floss with seaweed
☘️** Preheat oven to 160C/320F. Bake at 160C/320F for 23 mins, turn to 170C/340F for 5-6 minutes
Please adjust the baking temperature and baking time according to the oven and the pan you use.

看起来好好吃!🥰 想问萨姐平时打蛋白 时间大概是多长? 从开始到打出气泡 再到每一次加1/3 的糖 和最后低速搅拌, 每个时间段是多长?每次打蛋白以为对了 但是加入蛋黄糊时 都不光滑 会有气泡。
