That guitar riff @2:45 fuck man so GOOD. Fred carried the fuck out of this band professionally. And Adam did what the fuck he wanted whenever he wanted. Amazing what they achieved together.

@3:34 Adam actually pulls off his blood curdling, temper tantrum, girly scream live, and sounded great. Surprised, cuz he was screwing around through the verses like he wasn't taking the song seriously.

He was probably tired of singing the same lyrics over and over a million times from tours. Also he did a cool little "improv-tribute" to Amy Winehouse, which was sick and fit the song. I thought it was great. Especially the sick scream :)

@@Israrcool22 they were like the 9th band that day and we still had HIM Placebo My chemical and linkin park still to go. Marathon not a race. Was a great day. Im against the rail stage left. Best concert bill I ever seen.

This is probably Adams vest performance of this song on the internet . He’s not struggling as much on the chorus as usual . Much better than the 2004 performances

@@abrimfulofasha absolutely also people are way tk hard on dude like 2018-2021 was kinda rough but like for his dining specially his golden years were late 2013-mid 2017 . Recently he actually is working to hit the high notes Nolan has stepped it up a bit to doing some of the screams from Freda stuff and his old stuff . Just notice people are super hard in him .

@colesmith1178 yeah i see your point, but Adam's vocals from 2017 up until now haven't been the best, so I see why they are hard on him, but they have to remember, he used all of his energy on his vocals at a young age and for a long period of time, so I guess that has took a tole on him.

Fred takes it a little more seriously than Adam. I think that was the difference. Shame, easily the best lineup, both songwriting and live.

@@jeffbosch9154 I'm definitely biased due to nostalgia, but yeah you're right, this was their best line-up. I have no clue what happened between them, but it was super hard to watch Fred progressively getting singled out on stage. When he first joined they'd all share the stage, run around and smile at each other. By the end he seemed to be pretty much confined to "his side" of the stage with no "visits" by the others. My best guess is that because the band's spiritual core was and is punk, he ultimately wasn't a good fit after all. I mean, listen to his solo stuff, it's a bit too clean for a band like Taking Back Sunday. Anyway! Super weird replying to a comment to a comment I drunkenly wrote like 3 years ago. Gonna go listen to some TBS now.

Jeff Bosch cvv seeing how things played out, I think they were intimidated by Fred. He did write the biggest songs for the band that they still have to play today.

I'm doing a watch party with friends and we are viewing videos of bands we saw live. I was just saying how I doubt they have the PNC show from Project Rev 07. And here it is.. Wow.... i never saw this. I was there at this show. It was a graduation gift for me and 2 friends. This was an epic day. Funny... i was 18 then and always saw this song as an ode to an ex I didn't have until last year (30 years old... 31 now). This song is so powerful that it transcends age.

Omg I was totally at this concert! Pretty sure, it was a tour though, so this might not be the same place...but looks just like it. If so, I was waaaaay in the back so not protected from the sun and having shaved a mohawk specifically for the concert alone, I ended up with real bad sun poisoning on my scalp lol. And I see a lot of comments on how dead the crowd was, but keep in mind it was immensely hot that day and most people in the front were there for Linkin Park or MCR. We were hype af back there on the hillside!

I don't know this band or anything. I just remember hearing 1 of their songs on the radio. That said; Who ever the bass player is reminds me in everyway of Frank Iero from My Chemical Romance. He's short, he's a tornado of energy and he should definitely stay at the front of the stage.

+Frosty2113 People dont really listen to this type of music much at all anymore. Sad but true, I mean as for me, I'll play it daily until I'm dead, and introduce as many people to the sound as I can. I'm just honored I could see them live in their prime twice. I'll still jump at the chance to go see them again, but with all the lineup changes as mentioned I don't know if it will ever be the same again. I just want to see tell all your friends and where you want to be live played out again. Hell, crazier things have happened. I'm about to go see underoath for their reunion tour on self help tour one last time here in 2016 this month.

Rehab by Amy Winehouse. During this time she exploded on the scene in 2007, and she was one of the greatest vocalists of her time. Many artists looked up to her. Adam does a little Amy improv tribute that was pretty awesome. Crowd sucked though, and didn't really get it.

Their drummer suffered from herniated disc and was advised to rest that why he was not in this tour/concert. former drummer of Matchbook Romance and current drummer of God or Julie filled in for a while.

Fred was a better guitarist than singer. His vocals were okay, but didn't match his part in TBS. Still enjoy his talent, and miss him on occasion.
