Exactly right. And just like the judge said, if there are questions that she has about the testimony, she's going to ask them, and he has to answer them. He made a choice to come on the show and file the lawsuit. It would be no different in regular court, and it would also be a public record. The people's court didn't have to air this episode, so it wouldn't necessarily be of any kind of public record. But in regular court, it would be, perhaps forever.

The plaintiff met the defendant on a dating site called " ( What's Your Price ? ) ". He knew exactly what that meant. Anybody can look at the defendant and know " How she gets down ". 🤣

This guy is shady. There's no other way around it. I think he feels so much shame about having to admit on national television that he paid for a date that he is willing to lie and say that he only paid for one date and the rest of them were consensual. I think he paid for it just about every date, and she may went on free dates with him in order to get that big hunk of money in December.

I haven't finished watching this video yet, but this guy sounds like a sugar daddy with buyers remorse because he didn't get everything he wanted out of the deal.

The judge knew the verdict right when that promise note came out.

She's just a user. She thought she could sign it to steal his money and just not pay him. She should be charged with fraud and given jail time for being such a cold rotten person. Kudos to him for having her sign a note and taking her to court. She obviously had no defense for not paying it. At least now everyone who saw it, now knows what she is.
