The defendants are delusional. Having a dog is expensive. They need food, shots, etc. Back when my Bichon (he passed away at 18 yrs old) got sick and ended up in the hospital, my bill was $16K. Now I have a new fur baby and he is insured to the hilt. 😆
While I do believe it was the defendant, I don't actually believe the plaintiff checking his car after he parks all the time. That was a lie.

I agree with the judge 💯. This lady is insane. And the fact she said at the end that he had criminal background of defrauding people in that way says it all. Lady you broke the lease and only reason you got anything was because he didn't send the letter.
