I’d take the tiny one any day. It could be charming. The large house is un-fixable. The interior is dated. It’s really kind of scary. I can see it being derelict. With climate change, that beach front can change quickly.

I'll take the big one and sell it for $45mil, and with that $200k profit buy the little one and still have $62k left over for upgrades 😁
