    This is a very good routine to heal and strengthen the body, as well as relax the restless mind. The thing is, I had to do these on 0.5 speed to hang in there 😅 but as time goes by I sure will learn a more fluent movement. 🙏 (I have advanced arthrosis in the back, slipped vertebra and pinched nerves waiting to get operated, and this routine is perfect since I can do it as slowly as I need to keep everything aligned.)

    A question to Master Wong or any competent person who stumbles across it: As a Tai Chi beginner with some interest in self defense, will Chen style be more applicable than Yang style? In my area there is a school that practices Yang style and offers training almost every day. There is also a club, led by a Chinese master, who teaches Chen style twice a week.

    Master Wong, is it normal to sweat a lot during these movements? I workout daily but these make me sweat like I’ve just finished running 2miles.
