Makes sense cause this song is co-composed and written by the same person who did Mystery Lover.

When he spoiled black rose I had the impression that it's going to be my favourite from this album, I was right. *BLACK ROSE DESERVES AN MV*

Sophie Alisson honestly now that you mention it, I hear it too. I know JH helped Taemin to sing better and always beloved in him when even his voice teacher told him he was tone deaf so I makes sense for him to pick up sound from him :,)
