I have one mine wouldn’t close either, but after a week it drops shut! I like it

Mine was tight out of the box also. After a couple days of fidgeting it was a drop shut guillotine. I have one of a Fat Carbon carbon fiber scale versions and it’s one of my favorite knives ever I’ve ever owned. I also added a Glow Rhino thumbstud, its Benchmade style thumb stud with Tritium in it, more comfortable to me than the factory “door knob” thumbstud. It’s a keeper for sure
