Tuchel is an absolute genius man. The thing is Madrid werent declining this season like they were last, so their quality was always going to show through. Kind of crazy how we all forgot how good Madrid were after having a couple of rough years. Them and Barcelona are coming back harder in the future.

That is actually why I watched it as it affected the way Chelsea eventually played and lost. And it would have affected the rating that Ancelotti got. He reacted well even though he was late.

As a Madrid fan, I was flabbergasted and extremely angry at Carlo’s changes. Pulling out two key midfielders for an attacker and a junior midfielder forcing our traditional left back to play a CDM??? I thought Carlo lost his mind and was panicking. Only after the match was over and the dust settled I began to understand his gamble which turned out to be the right call. This man is perplexing. He shows experience but I feel he’s too afraid too often.

I'm proud of my team for showing and giving everything and nearly completed this comeback. Overall the 2 games we had 49 shots😓.

London Pride We played our hearts out. The odds were against us. We had them beat at 3-0 and a disallowed goal. They had two chances that they took. Our silly mistakes from the 1st leg, 50:50 decisions and lack of game killer experience was the difference. We outplayed Real Madrid and won at the Bernabeu.

The disallowed was actually a handball so you can't assume that was disallowed since it was against the rule book but even as a Madridista I always wanted to see this side of Chelsea in the premiership as well

Plus some key players having to fast. Sure, Chelsea were unlucky but Real Madrid saw their weakness and took full advantage of it. I don't think Real got lucky over two legs. They had to work hard and were outplayed most of the second leg. But they did the important job in the first leg which decided things in the end. Can't always expect a team to stay consistently at 100% all the time. Chelsea fumbled in the first game and Madrid fumbled in the second game but Chelsea fumbled harder in the first leg.

@@legionx7957 Real didn't have half chances. They created good chances and scored. Chelsea looked more like they were scoring from half chances caused by their pressure play.

Tuchel tactics was great. The only issue was Kante not being into the game. Whether it's because he(kante) was fatigued for playing 5 games straight including international matches along side while fasting. I felt he should have been rested during the Southampton game to start for this game. The goals came from his misplaced passed and lack of concentration. However congratulations to Madrid

As a Chelsea fan, that Modric pass was too good to deny. Sad only because it was scored against us. Benzema in the form he is right now, was always going to score. That was inevitable. Modric was the real difference in the game. Chelsea could have won if Modric hadn't stepped up. Imo, Real Madrid & Liverpool are clearly the two favourites to win UCL this season. I believe they will face each other in the final.

Although i'll place my bet on Real madrid because they have the best experience in the UCL and City do not have much luck with the competition no matter how good they are in their domestic games. And Villarreal, they knocked out two giants already, there is no saying they couldn't pull another one. Could be "La Liga vs EPL" or all Liga or all Epl final. All the teams in the Semi are there because they deserve to be there. I'm just sad that Chelsea got knocked off too early.

I really appreciate your efforts to push out content for these analysis'. I enjoy these videos because it gives me a wider view as to how the managers think when putting the tactics together. As a Madrid fan, I would say that Rudiger's goal shouldn't've happened because the corner was given wrongly. If you pay attention, the ball skimmed the ground, making it look like Modric deflected it, but he didn't. Also, with Alonso's goal, it was a bit unfair, but, either way, this is how close they judge in big games like this. Not the best performance, but, still was a very good win!! HALA MADRID!!

At present there is only one team who wins consistently playing inferior to the opponents - Real Madrid. And they’ve done it multiple times against Atletico, Wolfsburg, juventus, Liverpool last year and this year PSG and Chelsea. Previously there was Sir Alex’s Man Utd.

Camavinga controlled the tempo right when he was brought on...why you neglect loads of tactical aspects and rather praise chelsea alone. Real played their hearts out

Tuchel made a mistake taking off werner

One thing that is often overlooked is how Tuchel actually started his comeback battle right after the first leg, in multiple interviews he said that stuff like this tie is over, it's impossible to recover from this, Real have already qualified, and so on. Saying these took pressure off his squad and kind of unconsciously made Madrid players underestimate them.

And again, not only he's watching us getting clapped, he brings on camavinga 20 minutes too late for kroos. Its baffling. It truly was. We really should go for a Good coach. We were getting annihilated by Chelsea. I doubt Ancelotti had any tactics. We won the tie but it is embarrassing. First Barca and then chelsea. Getting annihilated by 4 or 3 goals in Bernabéu. Something's not right.

No one see that chelsea have great players and they made amazing signings can they do more signings now?
