I'm in the middle of making tofu scramble for breakfast but now I'm craving nachos 🤤 Grocery Outlet is really the GOAT just this week I got a 22ct of beyond breakfast patties for $1.99, a 10ct beyond burger patties for $9.99, oatly strawberry swirl ice cream bars $1.99, silk oatmilk $1.99, the vegan Boursin that is normally 6 or 8 bucks elsewhere for $1.99. I could go on but I won't 😆 they just always have some vegan brands I've never heard of or that I've never seen in my other local stores.

man i used to be just vegan but have moved on to being also oil free and all that, but absolutely love what you're doing for the community. I can definitely use my own vegan oil free cheese sauce and make my a version of this so thanks my man!

Thanks for introducing me to sodium citrate - it works great to add creaminess to this kind of cheese sauce made with store bought vegan cheese. I'm curious, would it also add creaminess if used with a vegan cheese sauce made with cashews and nutritional yeast, but which does not contain any storebought vegan cheese shreds? I have a good cashew based nacho cheese sauce I have made for years (uses cashews, nut yeast, corn starch) and am wondering if adding sodium citrate would make it even better?

FYH sour cream is the best!

I like to use a fork for my guac, it's much easier to clean with my tongue. I leave the hardcore tongue action to my partner in vegan crime! (Which is dogs, they get ALL the peanut butter in the glass)

If I was Vegan. I don't think I'd want fake meat. I tried vegan hotdog once. Got sick. But those look pretty good none the less. 😊 Bean juice is the bomb. Yum. 😁
