The little segment on how to make a patty with tofu as opposed to beyond meat was really helpful. I know your brand is burgers, but have you considered maybe some simpler/easier vegan recipes? I'd love to see your spin on a nice meaty vegan chilli.

Please PLEASE do Panera Bread! I was really obsessed with the broccoli cheese soup and didn't know it wasn't even VEGETARIAN : they use chicken stock! They are seriously lacking in the plant based section and I'd love to see you take that on! I love these veganized recipes and LOVED this vid!

Thanks!! I never ate much at Panera. I think I only got a bagel and coffee there? I can’t guarantee I’ll tackle that one but I’m sure there’s some great recipes for vegan broccoli cheddar soup out there!

Whoah!!! This is almost my exact drunken go to order when I used to drink and eat that stuff. Instead of the $.99 chicken sandwich I would have the spicy crispy chicken w/chz and add an order of onion rings and a large soda. (As well as the tacos and sourdough Jack) I would eat it all every time. 🤦🏾‍♂️😂. I'll be looking forward to trying these out. 👍🏾

I'm so happy I found recipes for fattening, stoner positive vegan food. Sometimes I want more than a salad....this is why a lot of vegans don't stay vegan for very long, not enough options full of fat, carbs and salt :)

Danggg I picked this up yesterday and put it back for chickpeas cause I got scared LMBO okay im going back to the produce aisle where I left it randomly to get it hahah

We used to do this exact order all the time... the next late night drunk meal for us would be del taco. 2 chicken soft tacos, one regular hard shell taco, chili cheese fries, and 1.99 cheeseburger.

I looked this up but shouldn't find anything regarding vegan meat I wanna be vegan and make burgers but does the meat shrink like a normal patty? Do I have to account for that or can I make it the same size as the bun? If it does shrink does it shrink the same amount as a normal patty does?

It's been a while since I've made an animal based burger, but these do not really shrink from what I can tell. I press them to be the size of the bun and they stay the same size. I've never weighed them before and after to verify for sure. But I usually start with 3-4 oz for a bigger burger and 2 oz for a smaller one.
