👌🤤👍 That all looks so GOOD!!! The liquid Just Egg is so close in texture to actual chicken eggs. Adding some black salt to it, i can not tell the difference at all. Your still images of the finished sandwiches, look editorial perfect.
Now you have to make a vegan McGriddle!
Great idea on how to get Beyond Sausage to fit, I never thought of that and now that I know, I am thrilled!!

This looks great! I love that you did four ways, kinda like the evolution of vegan convenience food - we don't have Just Egg in Germany so I'm stuck with making some scrambled eggs myself, hopefully we'll reach the Just Egg stage of evolution soon ;)
You can put the liquid Just Egg in a wide coffee cup, or any ceramic or glass flat-bottom dish the size of your english muffin. Microwave for one minute, and you have an egg patty. You can eat as is, or cook in the frying pan to give it a little crispiness.

My favorite sausage is to mix the lightlife sausage with the Morningstar farms patties. (Not the maple it is horrific!). Thaw the Morningstar grind it up then mix with the lightlife. And my version of egg is to blend tofu, a little cornstarch, plant milk, and nutritional yeast (season to taste). And you can make fold over eggs.

The tip about thawing and mashing the sausages is solid-gonna have to try it. Our weekend staple lately has been JUST egg folded and spicy beyond sausage patty topped with Miyoko’s pepper jack on a pretzel bun smeared with vegannaise and Dijon.
We used to do this with tofu. But I want to try the tvp sausage. Thanks for sharing!
As a meat eater who also loves vegan and vegetarian food as a part of my diet, I love seeing people who are willing to use products like MSG, TVP, etc. there’s times I want some berries and lettuce and EVOO, But sometimes a greasy processed egg and cheese sandwich is what yiu need.

What do you mean
I liked beyond meat for quite some time but I’m over it, had an odd aftertaste I can’t get past. Was really impressed with impossible meat, actually tastes like ground beef. Personal preference obviously

I just tried the beyond meat patties today with homemade biscuits! I never liked eggs and I’m not happy with vegan cheese so I’ll pass on that but otherwise I’m going to try this!

Not as long as the pan is hot and you don’t add too much water!

I’m using vegan butter.
Am I the only one that just cannot stomach the Just Egg?? There’s something about the flavor that just isn’t right for me.
I love your channel and all these videos are amazing but I worry about your long term health eating all this fake meat. Eat your whole foods and stay healthy, just don't make any videos about them because that would be boring. :)
