Hey bro, another myth I have found out on this boat the jack plate does make it run faster. Without any gear brand new boat running 64.6MPH, 1/4 tank gas.

Your video I has been very helpful in giving a visual explanation of how the manet and sensor actually mount to the jack plate. I am in the process of install a 14 inch Atlas on my Bullet bass boat and I now understand what the poor illustration on the instructions are referring to. Did you have to calibrate your magnet to the sensor height to get it reading correctly on the position gauge?

Thanks bro. No I did not had to make any adjustment. I am happy with my jack plate it works great.
