I installed the SYL Fitness Trolley System on my Fitness Reality 2X2 power rack several months ago. It was an easy installation. The "Smith Machine" type attachment works almost as smoothly as a professional gym Smith Machine. I don't go super heavy with weights, maybe only up to 200# but the SYL system feels robust and works as well as I hoped. I ordered the basic system, mine came with hooks. I keep the system stowed at the very top of my power rack, I use Lynch pins to secure the large support pins. I also bought a second olympic bar that I leave attached to the system. Luckily, the stowed olympic bars is just over my head so I don't bump into it when stepping inside the power rack.

Just installed the basic trolley system on my 2x2 Titan T2 power rack. Doesn’t take long at all. As for smoothness, it was much smoother than I anticipated. Adds about 15 pounds to the bar (I will have to check it with my hanging scale to be sure). Overall, happy with the purchase.

How far do the rollers stick back ? I have a Rep pr5000 3x3 rack with the Athena attachment and would like to know if this will fit on my rack . I need to know if the rollers will clear my Athena weight stack plates .

where is the hook? You can't use it save and as a proper Smith machine when it doesn't have a hook!

your web site had been down for long time now it's up I wanted to buy this pulley but you removed hook from the pulley, so it;s useless and can't be used as smith machine. why did you do that just curious

Can you upload video how to attach that hook to the barbell?

I’ve got the whole system, I believe it will take whatever you can load, depending on the thickness of your plates .

@@ernie0753 they’re good rollers and good fit to my power rack . Good thick metal etc . I use it mainly for smith squats , incline and flat bench. I have a second set of trolleys made by Rig Roller X . The SYL are just as good .

I believe it's 400lbs for the smith machine and about 100lbs for each trolley with the weight horn and cable attachment. I made a review on my channel.
