  where is the hook? You can't use it save and as a proper Smith machine when it doesn't have a hook!

  How far do the rollers stick back ? I have a Rep pr5000 3x3 rack with the Athena attachment and would like to know if this will fit on my rack . I need to know if the rollers will clear my Athena weight stack plates .

  I installed the SYL Fitness Trolley System on my Fitness Reality 2X2 power rack several months ago. It was an easy installation. The "Smith Machine" type attachment works almost as smoothly as a professional gym Smith Machine. I don't go super heavy with weights, maybe only up to 200# but the SYL system feels robust and works as well as I hoped. I ordered the basic system, mine came with hooks. I keep the system stowed at the very top of my power rack, I use Lynch pins to secure the large support pins. I also bought a second olympic bar that I leave attached to the system. Luckily, the stowed olympic bars is just over my head so I don't bump into it when stepping inside the power rack.

  Do you do press exercises with the 25mm tubes? If so, how does it feel?

  Is the latch attachment necessary? In another video you had the latch hook in the middle of the trolley and was able to hook it into the holes.

  your web site had been down for long time now it's up I wanted to buy this pulley but you removed hook from the pulley, so it;s useless and can't be used as smith machine. why did you do that just curious

  I asked the owner why the hooks weren’t available and he said it was due to a patent in the US. Look up ‘Bulletproof Fitness VTS Latch Hook pair’, they cost around $47.

  Ich habe es mir bestellt, und es funktioniert einwandfrei. Maße an den Verkäufer senden und es passt zu 100% einfach nur genial😊

  Wie sieht es mit der Abnutzung an den Rack Posts aus ? Sieht man irgendwelche Abdrücke durch die Laufrollen ? Hattest du Zoll zu zahlen ? Die Haken zum Einhängen in die Rack Posts sind auf der Homepage nicht ersichtlich ... Sind die nicht dabei ?! ... habe alle Produkte im Shop durchgesehen ... Sind dort nicht zu finden.

  @@zauche81 ein paar gebraucht Spuren hinterlässt es schon. Zoll weiß ich nicht mehr.bei mir waren die hantelaufnahme mit den Rollen und haken und die Halterung zum ein Haken dabei

  @@christianmuller2849 Ahh, Ok ... vielen Dank für die Info ! Scheint meiner Meinung nach das bestausgeklügeltste System am Markt zu sein auch optisch hinsichtlich Qualität ... und für den Preis voll in Ordnung ! Denke darüber nach mir das zu holen.

  @@zauche81 ich würde es immer wieder kaufen.aber es trainiert sich anders als mit einer multipresse, diese hat ein wenig spiel rechts ,links.bei 1 amigen drücken sollte mann schon die hand genau in der mitte haben. Klemmt nicht geht nur schwerer.

  @@christianmuller2849 Danke für die Info ! ... hast mir sehr weiter geholfen ! :) Wie verwendest du sie ? ... als Kabelzug oder eher Smith Machine ? ... Wäre ein Smith-Machine Attachment nicht für dich in Frage gekommen ? ... Gibt ja gute und günstige in zwei verschiedenen Höhenvarianten von "Athletica" für ihre R7 oder R8 Serie (auch mit ATX Racks kompatibel)

  Just installed the basic trolley system on my 2x2 Titan T2 power rack. Doesn’t take long at all. As for smoothness, it was much smoother than I anticipated. Adds about 15 pounds to the bar (I will have to check it with my hanging scale to be sure). Overall, happy with the purchase.

  I’ve got the whole system, I believe it will take whatever you can load, depending on the thickness of your plates .

  @@ernie0753 they’re good rollers and good fit to my power rack . Good thick metal etc . I use it mainly for smith squats , incline and flat bench. I have a second set of trolleys made by Rig Roller X . The SYL are just as good .

  I believe it's 400lbs for the smith machine and about 100lbs for each trolley with the weight horn and cable attachment. I made a review on my channel.

  I have a 3x3 square cross bar at the top of my rack. Do you think this would work for pull-ups with Angles 90 grips? 😊
