The first snack pack looks amazing, the bloke seems super proud about his product and he's actually putting a substantial amount of effort to switch up the snack pack by implementing homemade sauces as well as switching it up with waffle fries and smoked meat

I think most people don't know that there are only about 2 suppliers for those rolls they put on the vertical rotisserie in NSW. So you're going to most likely end up with mostly the same thing across kebab shops.

Not only that. The chip shortage is fucking real. I'm a warehouse manager for a foodservice company who supplies some of the more famous (non corporate) chains in Sydney amongst a lot of small family businesses. We've (and many other companies in this industry) resorted to selling imported chips. BTW Australian and New Zealand potatoes and chips shit all over the stuff from the USA and Europe. A lot of these stores end up with a sub standard quality product because the big corporate giants (McDonald's, KFC, Hungry Jack's) have locked in contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars collectively with Simplot (Edgell) and McCain's to secure their supply of chips.

I think that the average HSPs aren't trying to be different, nor do they want to be. They're probably crushing it just by being the one semi-decent HSP in the area. They're playing a different game to Smokin Als completely.

Good view on this. My thoughts are similar. Do you have to re invent the wheel to be considered good when it comes to HSPs?. I mean everywhere in Sydney uses the same Meat and sauces for the most part. Maybe Garlic is different. Some will argue it has to be Kebab meat to he a HSP not smoked brisket so i don't think joints should be shit on just cause they're doing it the Traditional way. It should be also ratios, oil quality, serving size etc.

A salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary, slow cooked pulled lamb snack pack with cooked red onions, potato gems (or sweet potato wedges), chopped parsley, with a mix of melted feta and Halloumi with tzakiki topped with a cayenne chili sauce would be a mad snack pack would be a welcome Greek twist, essentially a mixture of Levantine-Greek cuisine. Agree with your review. Grilled onions make a massive difference and cheese has to be under the meat. The only thing that will elevate it from that is the chips. Those frozen ones most use aren’t great. If you have one with home made fish and chip shop chips you’ll see it makes the world of difference.

The reason why HSPs all taste the same in this video (just my opinion): 1. That is the essence of HSP, fast food, quick and ez, requires minimum effort, between a 10 and 20 dollar HSP, I would take the 10 dollars HSP over the 20 dollar ones any day of the week, ain't about how unique and special your HSP is, it's all about the price and value. Remember, this isn't a gourmet meal. 2. you need suggestions from people who have had HSPs regularly (3-4 times a week minimum) and been to at least 10 shops around Sydney, otherwise, their tier list is simply invalid due to the limited sample size. For example, how can someone who has only been to 2 or 3 kebab shops around Sydney make any suggestions for this video.

The point is its only like that because no one actually tries to be inventive, hsps are all the same because all of the shop owners produce the same shit. Theres so many things you could do with a hsp but it just seems like you cant because of how copy and paste they are.

Noticing a lot of comments advocating for growth over dividends... Don't get me wrong , everyone is entitled to their own opinion . I just think it's odd that people still debate about dividend investing to dissuade others from dividend investing . What's up with that ?

@@hugoclarke642 In bed - Ouch ! Born in 60 and still climbing / welding on roller - coasters ! Lol . I fit in with the new investor description though . I'm about 50 % REIT'S and 50 % in oil stocks . Collectively they bring $ 18,000 / ry in Dividends . Once oil has made its gains I'll look to move into safer less growth oriented investments . I'm old and late to the game . This yr I've seen my equity double so I can understand the attraction . I've also had to ride $ 30k swings in my portfolio . Make good decisions , keep an eye on things and never fool yourself into thinking you have covered all the bases . Things are always - changin

secondly finding the need for a mentor ? make sure you find one that is a registered investment adviser / broker so you do not get ripped off , a good strategy to look into is the (JosephMCberg) dividend Strategy it is currently working and the creator is registered with good reputation , stay safe out there everyone .
