This is the best video I have ever seen for pepper jelly. There isn't a bunch of chit chat and one doesn't need to see every pepper cut!
You can wing this recipe depending on how many peppers you have!! Also if you don’t have pectin you can break down some cornstarch in lemon juice and add it after the sugar at the end!! Delish ❤❤
I've just made this jelly with 4 cups green bells peppers (instead of 7 cups) and 4 cups jalapenos (instead of 1 cup), and put them in the blender for semi-puree. Then added thinly sliced jalapenos in the mixture for the spicy pop and it came out great. On my next batch, I'll include the japaleno seeds & all to add extra heat. Thanks for your easy to follow recipe & short to the point video.

If you've never used Pepper Jelly to Glaze a Ham, you ain't eating yet. .. its amazing !)P.
That goods good but you filled to 1 inch headspace. You want 1/4 inch which is the first thread from the top of your jar. Can't wait to make this.
I grow a lot of peppers here in N Florida and made this recipe. It great! Thank you my dear.
It was delicious! Thank you! 🤗😁😘
I’m very confused about the amounts of vinegar, sugar & peppers.
Very informative video; thanks for sharing it...
I have so many peppers this season. Ive used your recipe 4 times now. Sharing it with friends and they cant get enough of it. But i also mixed in some bacon. Lol.
Excellent video.
Once it’s done, Do I place the jars in fridge? How long will be ok without going bad?
Is there more healthy option without sugar? Gelatin powder?
Wondering if you stir the mixture while it's cooking? Mine looked so much runnier that I just made but I can tell from the top of the stove and the drips that it is going to set up and I did stir it.

Is butter a requirement? I'm not sure I want to put a dairy food in this recipe. Is it okay without it? Thank you!

I don't have white wine vinegar. Would all acv work?
It’s better if you leave the sugar out and just keep it as a spicy jame

Hi there I am going to use Chia Seeds to thicken my jelly as I can't find food pectin.....so leaving out the sugar will also be an option ... Regards from Sunny South Africa
