Yes we do! I’ve got a plan. Kind of a two part plan. A storage system for now that’ll work until things happen. The summer stinks but we try to spread them out in the coolest areas. But our daughters room (she doesn’t sleep there) stays cooler in the winter because it’s the farthest from the wood stove and I’m going to store them there until the second phase comes in which I can’t say yet. Lol

You have an amazing amount of things canned from just yesterday! I can only imagine what you must have stock piled (in the best sense of the word!). Not sure how you store all of it but so happy for you that your garden has produced so well! Do people ever sell their canned goods? I would presume there would be people who would love to purchase home grown items rather than grocery store canned items. Perhaps everyone has the space and ability to keep everything they can grow and keep?! Sorry, I am new and certainly uneducated when it comes to a lot of this. I do enjoy your channel very much and feel I've already learned so much! Thank you so much.

Another awesome video! Y’all were just canning fools today. Lol. The jelly looks wonderful! It’s great y’all could barter cucumbers for peppers. That is how the old farmers did it, trading their over abundance for someone else’s. Can’t imagine canning so much in that kind of heat. Always love how y’all work so well together. Just made my very first pepper jelly with your recipe. First time canning too. Canning always scared me. I did add a little more pectin to mine though as yours looked a bit "loose" a month later. My eyes are burning right now but my sinuses are clear.
