Clean and dirty eating establishments exist in every country in the world. It’s not really specific to one country.

I'm always so impressed with the hygiene at every step and also the care they take with each ingredient, amazing! Thank you for these videos and always having subtitles 🤗

I had this for the first time in my life yesterday. I went back to the restaurant at least 2 times just for the chicken before travelling back home. It wasn’t even in Korea. If unoriginal chicken tastes like that than I can only imagine how good original chicken tastes like.

Brian the trick is when you double fry it oil temp has to be higher and also frying time much shorter as the purpose of it is to make the meat more crispy

@@anne5761 they are serving one dish, sweet and spicy chicken. literally no american restaurant can operate like that. americans eat fried chicken once a day and thats pushing it. koreans eat fried chicken for breakfast lunch and dinner. korean places are able to sell that much fried chicken and stay afloat because its korea, but american joints will only end up selling a small portion of it and then needing to resort to other methods in order to keep the business up.

@@doorstepmushroom7197 I disagree, Koreans don't eat as much fried chicken as you think. The reason why places like this succeed is the type of eating out culture is different in Korea. You don't buy a whole meal at one place but instead, get a small bag and eat as a snack during the day or during a night out. You have lots of people stopping buy, buying a bit and going. Americans prefer dining in or grabbing more filling meals which is why American fast food restaurants are different. A chicken place like this would still do fine as long as its good location/adaptable management.
