A lot of it is automated bulk processing, but there is still a lot of individual work that goes into it; particularly with the stir frying.

its a double fry method, i recommend looking it up on youtube since it comes out so good due to the way they do the batter/coating, its not something i use normally but if its done right its super crispy chicken so i do recommend doing it if you have time!
