They did not clean the meat properly, water is not enough, putting some vinegar or lemon juice in water and washing them in that solution would clean them

Nothing better than Korean fried chicken. And I’m from S. Georgia where fried chicken is king.

Right there near the end that little lady knew what she was doing with that spatchcock chicken cooking! Man that looks like some kind of delicious! Made me so hungry for fried chicken! I’m always amazed to watch them work! I just love those bags they serve them in! Oh dear Lord! The way you cut those spatchcock right there at the end and stuck them back in the fryer made them over the top! Ma’am you know exactly what you’re doing! Dang I want some right now!
