I love your recipes because, although they appear simple, the flavors are not at all. You let the ingredients shine by seasoning them carefully. Thanks for the care and attention you give to each recipe.

We can buy sweet potatoes year round where I live, but they look different from your sweet potatoes. More of a peach / orange color for the skin and the flesh.

It is a breakfast for champions. Or a brunch/lunch. Your recipes are very useful and full of hints, tips and alternatives. I love sweet potatoes, it is cheap and available most of the time in Romania. I also love yams, yamaimo, mountain potatoes, not so easy to find here, but I used to eat and cook it a lot in Japan. Keep up the good work! Arigato. All the best.

Thank you. From this year * i've became eating sweet potatoes like as mah.tang in Korean and etc as much as i want.

B.t.w according to my experiment, pot made is better than rice cooker.🤭 So i decided to buy pretty colored pricy pot for only making rice. To me(opinion) yes. like oven is not that tastier than pan! 👋☕️
