I haven't started to watch this video yet, but I wanted to say that I pulled up your older recipe after you mentioned it in one of Judy's vlogs recently. 10/10. So filling and such a great flavor profile! Adding that fried egg on top is the perfect breakfast.

It’s true. This was the first dish I tried and didn’t mess up in college. I love it so much I made it for my housemates in college with steak. Sometimes I make it in bunches and take it with me on the go for breakfast. It’s really good.

The first time I ate a roasted sweet potato was in Japan. An old guy selling on the street with his cart. After a few years, Ito Yokaido has a stall for roast sweet potatoes. It's delish! Now, I am in China, and I tried the same thing, they used a rotisserie machine to make it, and it's good but not the same as in Tokyo. I'll go home (Manila) for the winter break and try your recipe with less butter. 😉 I'll visit your pop up store in SM Aura.

Wow, that’s a lot of butter. The animal fats in butter means it has higher levels of saturated and trans fats. These fats can lead to higher cholesterol, greater chance of heart disease, and lower levels of HDL cholesterol-the "good" cholesterol that unclogs arteries.
