So they swept on the wrong day, hence the Highlander parked in the street? Or, it was spreading dirt around instead of removing it? Driving too fast?

Driving way too fast, no water and the street looked like a big dust cloud afterwards

@@TechScottBrown so water does not mean it picks everything. They are mainly only to pick up gravel and trash and are made to operate anywhere from 8-22mph
