@@bethanmacqueen4469 It's an unknown neuromuscular disease. Because of this, he uses a wheelchair and oxygen. From what I've read he's had it since age 16! It's sad as he was an amazing swimmer.

I love how you are disabled and in a wheelchair, but you are still able to overcome all of that and do amazing things like this with your family. It's really incredible how people can be so tough and do amazing things while being bound to a chair.
