Dear Bob and Brad, Thank you so much for all these exercises ! A lot of the exercises are very much similar to what we would do at a Ballet Barre, or A pilates class, with less emphasis on turn out and more emphasis on posture, bone density and muscle co-ordination , strength and balance. i m 40, i hv a family history of osteoporosis n arthritis and i m beginning to feel slight pain esp in my left knee. Now I know i cannot quit ballet no matter what.

I will start doing the jogging type of movement you showed every day. I wonder if the superman pose would help bone density, or the plank, or the side plank or any other yoga pose that you know? thanks for your help.

(a funny way of saying it, yes?) What part of increase the load don't you understand? When you walk it increases the load. When you stand it increases the load. All the little things you do to move side to side up and down twisting, those increase the load. So that I don't tell you to do something that could be dangerous for you I have several suggestions that all come down to - Sara Meeks. Bob and Brad have several videos with her. She's sweet but also extraordinary. She's patient and understanding. She has integrity and lots of energy to keep telling it the way she sees it. I have pro experience in this, soft tissue work, dance, Chinese movement work, biological studies, observation of clients and myself. I support her.
