People used to eat a lot of redfish correct I've never seen anyone eat with yet have I missed you do it on the channel

One night the ocean was acting as if it had a bad attitude Rough rough rough. The next morning when the sun came up that water was nasty and dirty Still a little bit rough but I have never seen the bite like it was that morning. Early September and they were catching reds up and down that beach at San Luis pass like the fish were starving. I saw probably twenty large reds caught that morning before eight o'clock. And some of those reds were pushing four feet. Wow. What a morning of fishing that was

You guys must come to South Africa and try land some bronze whaler sharks and raggies, guys pulling them out from the surf weighing up to 450lb. You will enjoy it here.

That morning I caught a good long lady fish and hooked it through the lips and back though an eye. Ten minutes later something was on and don't think it ever even knew it was hooked. That's the one that broke my twenty five pound big game and never even made a run for it.

It was years ago. He gutted it and placed a bag of ice in it and buried it. He then parked his truck on top it for the trip home the next day. Game warden came and check on him and everything. Never found it Next morning he dug it up and loaded it and went home. Back then I think sixty inches was the record
