Sur Ron Ultra Bee mods update for hard enduro and trail riding
Tire to tire run through for all of the mods I have made to the UB. I ride almost all rocky single track and gnarly hard enduro type terrain. Rock walls, logs, pivot turns etc. Hope this helps you set up your bike.

Great stuff! When you upgraded to the 21/18 wheel set did you noticed any tire rubbing or bottoming out on big hits? I wonder if those spacers you put under the front fender helped with that?

No rubbing with 21/18 set up. I’m not sure if the fender spacers made a difference in that. I did it for looks mostly. I just hated the way the front fender pointed down 😂
How do you like those bars? Do you feel they are still too low? Im 5'9" and are looking at the same bend

Very good, I'm 5'10" and still needed a hair more room in the seat so added 5mm risers and aftermarket top triple clamp that has another set of mounting holes further from the seat. Check out my mods update kzread.info/dash/bejne/mISctKt-osy_eps.html

Another channel gets around 35 miles on a full charge with enduro style riding. Not bad at all!
No chain guide?

No, doesn’t come with one and hasn’t been an issue.
Just curious how much power you’re running through the new controller with the stock battery?
