Definitely one of the best and most underrated of the Motown classics. "Great song" is an understatement.

I always enjoyed this great colloboration between the Supremes and the Temptations. Music was so good to listen to attentively, during those great times. A very unique era, when music had substance that touch your soul, and it made you feel good inside.

This song came out in 1968 and is 50 years old in 2018. I'm loving it as much now as I did then. Thank you for reminding us what good, timeless music sounds like.

That Eddie Kendricks voice is amazing

This is my jam. Was in college at Univ. of Okla in the 60's when this came on the radio of my friends mustang. We pulled over to stop and listen and purchased it the next week. Classic with Eddie Kendricks and Diana Ross on leads. Love, love, love this cut. The Funk Brothers killed it too.

I posted this lady's picture as my cover photo but, "I am a Man." Now with that said, my eye's are starting to water. I was 11 years old when this song came out in 1968. My mother would let me and my sister's stay up and watch the Temptations & Supremes whenever they would perform on the Ed Sullivan show. Those were good times for me.

As I see this thing that I love so much, I have to say thank you so much lord for the greatest gift a father can give his son. These people sang with what heavenly notes and also just listen to their message, almost every one of these song carry a special place in my heart, so the ones that took the time to sing out God bless each n every one of u. What a great collective with me forever more, n for those who listen have my admiration as well God bless us all.

D...you were born the right color.....your soul just had a bit more pigment...Plenty of blue and brown eyed "brothers" existed in the Motown era. Glad to see you show your appreciation....because I was a big Gary Puckette and the Union gap fan...back in the day.
