You lead the way for us all in terms of our own responsibility for our health Clay. This is a great video. I love seeing your brother thriving and Julie is a sweetheart and a wonderful addition to your natural lifestyle. So glad you found one another.
I was just going to put in my comment that "absence makes the heart grow fonder". Then you go ahead and say it. Lol, really nice to see you all again. Its like an old friend you didn't realize how much you missed until you see them again. Great vid. Thanks for sharing.

@@ClayTallStories hay have you tried the broad bean leaf raw It's the best part of the plant tastes good
That is the smartest thing I've ever seen. Putting a log inside of a tire so it doesn't fly off over there. That is awesome.
It's been years since I watched your channel. Glad you are still at it.
Slugs hate crushed up egg shells on the ground around the kales will stop alot of them without having to use non organic. My leafy greens get done, but the egg shells mean I get more of the harvest
Really enjoy seeing the homestead and all you do. Thanks for sharing.
Always learn something when I tune into your channel. As a general rule of thumb when pruning tree's, lose anything growing inwards or downwards and leave enough space that a small bird can fly through. Cheers

Gidday mate., your garden is looking amazing,.so much food, atm I'm trying to get into better eating instead of canned food,.I love cooking but got a bit lazy in the tiny boat kitchen area.. I'm always learning about different veges etc when I watch your videos and it's good to learn. I love meat but I barely get to eat it it's definitely a treat I'm finally getting away from only eating canned food and dry package foods like pasta. Here's to a healthier future,.
Another great video Clay...so informative with you nutritional garden veggies...and it just wouldnt be a Clay video without a tune mate...could listen to you for hours...glad to see Julie...shes such a cool lady😊...take care both of yous

Clay if you use cable ties outside the brown ones are best , uv resistant. I would have used maspro clips personally, gal wire. less plastic in environment is better, Love that you're back & you're looking good, so is your bro. Good luck with it all, also sorry to hear about Bigsy, feel for ya. Cheers.

Have you looked into the DASHED diet? - you don't have to live the life of a Vegan...
@ClayTallStories
9 ай бұрын
I am certainly not living the life of a vegan. Lol. I eat fish on my primitive survival challenges. I am into nutrition. 40+ different plants a week including mushrooms, nuts,seeds, legumes, beans, yeast and lots of hunting to keep me fit body & mind. Vegans generally don't hunt with dog and knife or go fishing for that matter.
hi clay, just wondering. do you know god? you act like you follow god but never talk about it. god and jesus love you sooo much. thanks

I keep my views off the channel as every one has their own. Stay blessed brother.
Vegan means that you don't eat animal products. Saying they all eat this and that is not the case, as generalisations always are. As for "terrible diet", I'd politely point out that there are no vegans I have heard of that had what was going on inside you recently. Very few pro cycling teams would allow their riders to even look at animal products because their sport is too hard and they can not afford to deny reality. Your diet was terrible, not the vegan diet.

I love this channel, especially the fishing and pigging and miss it when you are recharging yourself. I'm sorry you are not happy with the current food situation. Here are some recipes you might like to make in bulk: kzread.info?search_query=best+vegan+meat+loaf Also High Carb Hannah is a great example of make it up as you go, which you also have a great knack for. Hang in there mate. We need more fishing and pigging vids.
