I cut a 200L blue drum in half longways, so I ended up with half round. It's a great duck pond. When you need to change the water, just roll the drum and it empties. Also the water in the duckpond when they poo in water, is great once diluted to water the dirt around the veges.

Clay, watching your videos helps me with my anxieties. Living in the concrete jungle of NYC and not to be able to travel anywhere because of the pandemic makes life really stressful. I feel like a prisoner in my own house. Watching your videos makes me think of the Philippines where I'm from. Sometimes I feel like just packing up and going back home and live the life like you do. But, having a family that are rooted here in the states is hard to convince to move to Philippines. Maybe, someday. Thanks for the wonderful videos.

Up here the darker snapper are usually reefys, snapper that hang out around the reefs. And the lighter colour ones are usually schoolies. But there’s always exceptions to that. Sometimes if they are feeding over sand they are lighter in colour or if they feed over mud or reefs they are darker. Good to see another hour long video again. I was starting to miss those! Take it easy bro.

Man! I haven't seen your videos for quite a while, and I needed that. Such a wholesome video. That garden job was top notch by the way, from cultivating, planting, and even putting up the fence and looking for the things to make the fence was well done! Your videos gave me a great sense of nostalgia since I grew up in a rural setting but now moved to a new country(urban) and just seeing this video shows how much joy one can feel about doing a job with your hands and seeing the results, also true with the builder in your video. Anyway, I've been a long time subscriber of your channel, but haven't seen the videos you've done lately. I use to watch your videos every upload but stopped right around the time you were moving out of this farm, and I'm glad to see that you are back. I have some catching up to do, but I know it would be a good watch. Nice to see that everything worked out as it did mate! Thank you for these videos!

Awesome video Clay, house is definitely looking way better, a thought for your swing you have there is why not turn it into a pig/deer rack for skinning/cutting up, do a concrete slab and put swing on it while its wet and if you smash the old concrete off the legs you can push it into the wet concrete, just cut the swing part out of it leaving the cross bar

I know this & have done it,so i do not know if you know it,so i thought i would share it. Are strawberry leaves healthy? Just throw the whole strawberry in the smoothie and you've got some extra vitamins. The leaves contain tannins, which is an organic substance that binds to other foods and help with digestion, according to Livestrong. Simply adding them to your favorite smoothie recipe could relieve some lurking digestive issues. For example, vitamin C (an antioxidant), calcium (can help with bone health), and iron (can improve red blood cells) can be found in the leaves. Strawberry leaves contain tannins that have low pH levels and serve as a strong digestive. Simply said, this compound can help with an upset stomach, cramps, or bloating.

Clay, I've watched about 40 of your videos without subscribing, liking or sharing. My question is this: why didn't you eat your dog? Before anyone overreacts, you don't have a problem killing animals or eating animals you haven't killed. Why are dogs an exception? Pigs make good pets too, and rabbits, and loving chickens, fish, birds....

In a real survival situation, I would. It's not part of my culture to eat dog.

@@ClayTallStories so it's a cultural thing and not a moral one. I like most of your vids btw, you seem like a pretty cool human.

Why would you make the chickens live in a small mucky pen with the ducks. They left a good life where they were. Free range is ranging on herbage. If you have a drake their life will be a misery.

THANKS AGAIN cLAY for nice VDO I must say cats kill NZ wildlife indiscriminately Im I the only one that thinks they need to be regulated? they are feed kibbel etc but still just kill cause its fun for them.... whats your views on this and how to stop it? honesty if I saw a cat stalking NZ wildlife/eating/attacking on my property it would be the last thing it did

I think most people know my spin on feral cats mate. In a life time they can destroy 5000 native birds, frogs, geckos,Weta...the only good they do is kill rats and mice but over all they need to be reduced in numbers
