🔹කීරි සම්බා හෝ බාස්මතී සහල් කෝප්ප 4 - 4 cup rice
🔹ලොකු ලූණු ග්‍රෑම් 250 - 250g Big onion
🔹බේ ලීෆ් කොළ 4- 4 bay leaves
🔹රම්පේ - pandan
🔹කරපිංචා - curry leaves
🔹ඉඟුරු - Ginger
🔹සුදු ලූනු - Garlic
🔹සූදුරු මේස හැඳි ½ - ½ tbsp cumin seeds
🔹ගම්මිරිස් මේස හැඳි ½ - ½ tbsp Black pepper seeds
🔹සේර කැබැල්ලක් - Lemongrass sticks
🔹එනසාල් 10 -10 cardamom
🔹කරාබු නැටි 10 - 10 clove
🔹කුරුදු පොතු කැබැල්ලක් - A piece of Cinnamon bark
🔹පොල්කිරි කෝප්ප 3 - 3 Cup Coconut Milk
🔹උණු වතුර කෝප්ප 3 - 3 Cup Hot Water
🔹පොල් තෙල් - Coconut oil
🔹කහකුඩු තේ හැදි ½ - turmeric powder
🔹එළඟි තෙල් / මාගරින් හෝ බටර් මේස හැඳි 2 - 2 tbsp Ghee / margarine or butter
🔹මුද්දරස්පලම් (වියලි මිදි ) - dried plums
🔹බැදපු රට කජු -
🔹රස පදමට ලුණු - Salt To Taste
