Supersoft Sultana Buns

How to make the yummiest Sultana Buns with glaze. The texture is pillowy soft and fluffy. Make you bread at home that is free from chemicals and preservatives.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup warm milk (250 ml)
1 large egg
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (g)
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (75g)
1 tbsp sugar (15g)
3 and ¼ cup al purpose flour (406g) or more, depending on the protein content of the flour you're using
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup unsalted softened butter (55g)
1/2 cup sultana raisins or black raisins
Eggwash: 1 egg + 1 tbsp milk
Glaze:
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

Hi, thank you for sharing your yummy recipes to all your followers. I have tried most of your recipes and we loved them. Just wanted to ask if I can use all whole wheat flour to your pumpkin bread roll? As we really loved them, if so, what is the measurement? As whole wheat has tendency to be drier. Do I need to reduce the the measurement of the whole wheat flour or do I need to add more milk? Thank you in advance and waiting for your reply. God bless.

First I have to say thank you for all the recipes , I have tried quite a few and they came out perfect ❤️ But I’m not sure why this recipe in particular the dough was a bit sticky and hard to work with

From my experience, thats because of the sugar content on the condensed milk. If you tried her other recipes, the bread came out perfect once you use just 1/4 cups of sugar, since you added condensed milk that contains sugar as well, it has a tendency to “liquify(?)” the dough making the dough sticky compared to her other bread recipe. (Im not an expert, but i am saying this based on my experience and trying most of her bread recipes for the past couple of months now

Same here...
I'm making these right now - resting my dough ball for 20 minutes. But my 3.25 cups of flour weighed 506g, not 406g. Hopefully it'll turn out OK!

A dud. Dough didn't rise, and baked rolls turned out like golf balls, completely inedible.
Love how the bread turn out, but the flour measurements really are confusing
